New metrics/devex.json provides canonical SLI definitions:

  • DORA Metrics: Deployment frequency, lead time, MTTR, change failure rate
  • SPACE Metrics: Satisfaction, performance, activity, communication, efficiency dimensions
  • AI-DORA Metrics: AI-accelerated baselines for DORA metrics
  • AI-SPACE Metrics: 25 metrics across 5 dimensions for AI-enhanced productivity

Each metric includes:

  • Performance level thresholds (elite, high, medium, low)
  • Measurement units and direction (higher/lower is better)
  • Framework attribution and references

Documentation

  • README reorganized with framework categories (Compliance & Security, Operations & DevOps, Developer Productivity)
  • Added descriptions for new frameworks
